Invite your team

Everyone in a workspace sees the same projects, the same Lea, the same plan and the same chat. Every chat message carries its author’s name.

  1. Open Settings › Members and choose Invite people. Owners and admins can invite.
  2. Enter up to 20 email addresses, and pick the role: Member or Admin.
  3. Choose Create invites. Minga creates one link per address.
  4. Copy each link and send it yourself. Minga does not send emails yet.

Links expire after 7 days. The link is the invitation: whoever opens it can join with that role, so send it only to the person it is for. Owners and admins see pending invitations under Settings › Members and can copy or revoke them there.

Role May
Member Work in projects: chat with Lea, edit the plan, decide the cards sent to them, review outputs. Pair their own runners.
Admin Everything a member may, plus: invite and remove people, change roles (except owners), manage the workspace’s model keys, decide any card in the workspace (except another person’s permission prompts), revoke any runner.
Owner Everything an admin may, plus: change owners, transfer ownership, delete the workspace. A workspace always has at least one owner.

Inside a project, its owner and workspace owners and admins manage it: they edit the brief directly and change the project’s settings.

A person’s runners are theirs. Only the runner’s owner configures it (profiles, access modes, updates); owners and admins may revoke it.

In Settings › Members, choose Remove on their row. When someone leaves or is removed:

  • their runners in that workspace are revoked;
  • agents they looked after show can’t work and their items don’t start until someone takes them over in Project settings (Lea’s page, or Agents for other agents).
  • One shared chat per agent. Everyone sees the same conversation with Lea, with names on every message. Messages sent over MCP also say “via Claude Code” or “via Codex”.
  • Cards go to one person, the one the agent named or the person accountable for the item. Workspace owners and admins can decide them too.
  • Runs use the machines and logins of the person who looks after the agent. A colleague’s request to Lea runs on that person’s runners, not on the colleague’s.
