Triage
Ideas, bugs and questions often arrive before anyone knows where they belong. They land in triage with the status To sort, and stay there until a person or Lea gives them a place in the plan. Nothing in triage starts.
How things land there
Section titled “How things land there”- Capture in the app. The Capture box in Needs you takes a kind (idea, feature, bug or question), a title and a description.
- Capture over MCP. From your own Claude Code or Codex session,
captureputs an item into the project’s triage: “Export fails for emoji file names” while you are in the middle of something else. See Connect Claude Code and Codex over MCP. - Lea or another agent creates an item with the status to sort when it is unclear where it belongs.
Text captured over MCP is marked as outside input (untrusted), like anything else that came from outside Minga.
Who sorts
Section titled “Who sorts”When something new lands in triage, Lea is woken and sorts it in her next turn: she moves it under the right milestone, assigns it, closes it as a duplicate, or closes it as won’t do.
You can sort too. Items to sort show in Needs you › Sort for everyone who can edit the plan. For each item, or several at once, you choose:
- the type, the area, and where it goes in the plan (a parent, or the top level);
- the owner and the assignee;
- the status, for example Later or To do;
then Accept. An accepted item in To do starts once its milestone is in Now and nothing blocks it.
Other actions on a captured item:
- Close as duplicate of an existing item. Minga suggests likely matches (“Maybe the same as: …”).
- Adopt as description: take the captured text as the item’s own description, so it is no longer marked as outside input.
