Concepts
Not everything in a project is a task. Minga keeps each kind of information in one home, so the chat, the screens and Lea never disagree about it.
Five homes
Section titled “Five homes”| If it… | It lives in | Example (Dictly) |
|---|---|---|
| says where the project is going | the brief | “Private by default: audio stays on the device.” |
| can be finished | an item: a milestone is a release item, an open question is a question item | DIC-130 2.4 First minute; DIC-151 Which languages first? |
| is measured | a goal with a KPI | Activation ≥ 50% by December 1 |
| was produced by work | an output on the item that produced it | the welcome screen mockups on DIC-133 |
| explains why | the card that decided it, or a decision comment on the record it changed | “No account step in 2.4. Why: every extra screen costs activation.” |
Progress is never stored. It is counted from items, so every screen says the same “4 of 6 done”.
The chat is the transcript of what was said. What was decided in it goes into the records above, in the same turn, and a Saved line under Lea’s reply lists what it changed, with links.

You
- Reviews and outputs: what workers attach, and how your picks start the next round.
