Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

We write the content of these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is correct, complete and up to date. Minga is in early access, and the product changes often; the docs describe it as of the date they state. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor information we transmit or store for others, or to look for circumstances that point to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws are not affected; liability for this begins only when we learn of a specific infringement. When we do, we remove the content promptly.

Liability for links

Our pages link to websites of third parties whose content we do not control, so we cannot accept liability for it. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. We checked linked pages for possible violations when we linked them and found none. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without a concrete indication of an infringement. When we learn of one, we remove the link promptly.

The content and works we created on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing or any other use outside the limits of copyright law needs the written consent of the author. Where content was not created by us, the copyrights of third parties are respected and marked as such. If you notice a copyright infringement anyway, please tell us at web@jung.dev; we remove such content promptly.
